RE-INSTATEMENT OF CUSTOM-MADE SWRO PLANT

One of Marship Engineering’s offshore customers contacted us with an enquiry if it was possible to re-instate 2 trains of 80 m3/day custom made SWRO plant as both were out of duty for a prolonged period. We completed a full screening of both RO-plants, advised on essential repairs and conducted a system health check. The systems required some adaptation and interventions and replacement of long lead-time items. After rapid mobilization of required spares and new items we completely re-instated both RO trains to rated capacity. A preventive and corrected maintenance plan was implemented and the RO-plants are since than back in service.
